You’ll advise payer, provider, and health plan clients on pricing, product design, reimbursement, value-based care, predictive modeling, and financial performance while leading engagement teams.

Requirements

Must have

Bachelor's degree
10+ years of health actuarial experience
ASA with progression to FSA, FSA, or career ASA designation
Ability to travel 50% on average

Strongly preferred

Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Ability to lead projects or workstreams
Ability to mentor and provide clear guidance to others
8+ years of consulting, health plan, or insurance company experience
6+ years of experience leading teams
6+ years of experience with product design or product strategy
6+ years of experience with reimbursement models, including value-based care or ACO modeling
6+ years of experience with risk adjustment, group insurance, M&A, or health care reform
