Strongly preferred

Experience ideally in benefit consulting/brokerage or health underwriting/actuarial function
Advanced knowledge of health and welfare products & services
Advanced knowledge of underwriting and funding concepts
Proven ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously and produce quality deliverables
Desire and ability to expand relationships with clients
Proven ability to identify and resolve issues with limited information
Polished written and verbal communication skills
Self-starter attitude and ability to work independently and as part of a team
