Senior health actuarial consultant supporting Health Analytics and benefits strategy for large employer accounts. You will lead actuarial workstreams including plan design, pricing strategy, benchmarking, budgeting and client-facing project leadership. Role is based in St. Louis, MO (among other US office locations) and requires ASA or FSA with significant health industry experience.
JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
- Lead actuarial consulting engagements on health benefits strategy and pricing
- Manage and mentor actuarial client teams and provide technical sign-off
- Drive plan design, benchmarking, budgeting and bid/selection projects
- ASA or FSA required with 6+ years healthcare carrier or consulting experience
- Salary range $125,000–$170,000 plus discretionary annual bonus
