JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

Lead financial and actuarial engagements for employer-sponsored health plans
Develop pricing, reserves, forecasts, and funding strategies for self-funded and fully insured plans
Analyze large integrated medical, pharmacy, and enrollment datasets to produce client-ready insights
Coach junior colleagues and direct FAA resources on complex engagements
Hybrid role based in Boston with client-facing responsibilities and annual bonus eligibility

KEY REQUIREMENTS

7+ years in professional services or insurance/consulting actuarial/benefits role
Bachelor's degree required; ASA/FSA preferred
Expertise in pricing, reserving, forecasting, and funding strategies for health plans
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Must obtain State Life & Health license within 90 days
