JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

Serve as HR business partner for Insurance division in Des Moines, IA
Lead workforce planning, headcount reporting, and OrgVue/Greenhouse processes
Support recruiting, onboarding, immigration, and employee relations
Drive talent programs including succession planning and actuarial rotation
Expected 4 days per week in office (Des Moines)

KEY REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree required
8–10 years of Human Capital experience, HC Business Partner or generalist
Strong analytical and quantitative skills with advanced Excel
Proven experience supporting senior leaders and talent programs
Able to work on-site 4 days per week in Des Moines
