HIGHLIGHTS

Senior Human Capital Business Partner role supporting Global Atlantic's Insurance division in Des Moines, IA. You will partner with senior HR leads on workforce planning, talent acquisition, compensation, succession planning, and employee relations. The role requires strong analytical skills, Excel/PowerPoint expertise, and 8–10 years of HC experience.

JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

  • Serve as HR business partner for Insurance division in Des Moines, IA
  • Lead workforce planning, headcount reporting, and OrgVue/Greenhouse processes
  • Support recruiting, onboarding, immigration, and employee relations
  • Drive talent programs including succession planning and actuarial rotation
  • Expected 4 days per week in office (Des Moines)

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with advanced Excel
  • Proven experience supporting senior leaders and talent programs
  • Able to work on-site 4 days per week in Des Moines
