Senior P&C pricing leadership role for Coalition’s cyber insurance business, open remotely across the United States. You’ll serve as a technical authority for pricing strategy, governance, monitoring, rating-plan implementation, and data-driven tools while partnering with business, underwriting, engineering, and security stakeholders.
Requirements
Strongly preferred
12+ years of experience in Insurance pricing
Demonstrated ability to lead complex initiatives
Undergraduate degree in Actuarial Science or related field
Deep subject matter expertise of actuarial pricing & reserving concepts
Excellent communication skills, including conveying technical concepts to non-technical audience
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Ability to solve ambiguous problems in a structured data-driven way
Ability to think strategically and operationally, balancing short-term and long-term
Ability to influence partners and build relationships
Ability to develop, assess and monitor business metrics to optimize pricing
Nice to have
FCAS certification preferred
Pricing experience in Cyber Insurance
Pricing experience in Large Accounts
Pricing experience in D&O insurance or other commercial lines
