Closer to a modelling-heavy IC than a pricing-underwriting partner because technical design, peer review, and governance authority outweigh direct live-deal involvement.

Senior P&C pricing leadership role for Coalition’s cyber insurance business, open remotely across the United States. You’ll serve as a technical authority for pricing strategy, governance, monitoring, rating-plan implementation, and data-driven tools while partnering with business, underwriting, engineering, and security stakeholders.

Requirements

Strongly preferred

  • 12+ years of experience in Insurance pricing
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex initiatives
  • Undergraduate degree in Actuarial Science or related field
  • Deep subject matter expertise of actuarial pricing & reserving concepts
  • Excellent communication skills, including conveying technical concepts to non-technical audience
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Ability to solve ambiguous problems in a structured data-driven way
  • Ability to think strategically and operationally, balancing short-term and long-term
  • Ability to influence partners and build relationships
  • Ability to develop, assess and monitor business metrics to optimize pricing

Nice to have

  • FCAS certification preferred
  • Pricing experience in Cyber Insurance
  • Pricing experience in Large Accounts
  • Pricing experience in D&O insurance or other commercial lines
  • Experience working with external regulators
