Requirements
Must have
At least three years of actuarial work experience
Strongly preferred
Fellow of the Casualty Actuarial Society (FCAS)
Passed CAS Exam 6 (United States)
Qualified under US Qualification Standards to issue statements of actuarial opinion
Nice to have
Authored and submitted filings through SERFF; knows exhibit mechanics, objection responses, filing timelines
Understanding of DOI actuarial reviewer evaluation; state insurance department experience strongly preferred
Experience with personal lines and bureau-referenced commercial lines including NCCI/ISO loss cost adoptions, LCM filings, deviations
Supported predictive-model-based filings through actuarial objections
Three or more reviewed years of P&C reserving work
Fast learner, takes ownership, technically fluent across pricing/data/filing tools, comfortable in a startup-like environment
