Senior life actuarial role on the Annuity Pricing Team focused on pricing deferred and immediate annuities. You will build pricing tools, perform data extraction/transformation, validate assumptions, and lead solution delivery for annuity pricing and related actuarial work. Position is based in San Antonio, TX (other campus options listed) and requires in-office presence four days per week.
JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
- Price deferred and immediate annuities and support structured settlement quoting
- Build and validate pricing tools; automate processes and develop analytic solutions
- Extract, integrate and transform data from multiple sources for actuarial analyses
- Lead actuarial solutions projects including automation and IT implementations
- Hybrid role — in office 4 days per week at specified US campus locations
DOMAIN EXPERTISE
- Annuity pricing for deferred and immediate products
- Data extraction, integration and transformation for actuarial use
- Tool building and automation using Excel VBA, Python, or SQL
- Reconciliation and validation of actuarial and financial data
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- 6+ years of technical analyst or relevant technical experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (degree may be substituted)
- Able to work in the US without visa sponsorship
- In-office 4 days per week at one of the listed US campuses
