JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
- Manage BOP product development and pricing for commercial property
- Lead rate adequacy reviews, renewal impact analyses, and filings
- Analyze predictive model results and third-party data value
- Manage and develop a team of 2–4 actuarial analysts
- Hybrid role — minimum 3 days/week onsite (Houston or other listed offices)
DOMAIN EXPERTISE
- P&C insurance experience
- Commercial property or BOP product experience
- Rate filings and regulatory response experience
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in actuarial science or STEM
- ACAS or FCAS designation required
- 5+ years of P&C insurance experience
- Proficiency with R, SQL, and Microsoft Office (Excel/PowerPoint)
