HIGHLIGHTS

JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

Manage BOP product development and advanced pricing plans
Lead rate adequacy indications and renewal impact analyses
Own end-to-end product filings and regulatory responses
Hybrid role — minimum three days per week on-site (Marlton, NJ office option)
Manage and develop a small team of 2–4 actuarial staff

DOMAIN EXPERTISE

Commercial Property or Businessowners Policy (BOP) product experience
P&C insurance experience
Rate adequacy and renewal impact analyses
End-to-end product filings and regulatory responses
Analysis of predictive model results and third-party data

KEY REQUIREMENTS

ACAS or FCAS required
5+ years of P&C insurance experience
Bachelor’s degree in actuarial science or STEM required
Proficiency with R, SQL, and Microsoft Office
Ability to be on-site at least 3 days per week
