JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

Manage BOP product development and advanced pricing plans
Lead rate adequacy indications, renewal impact analyses, and filings
Manage end-to-end product filings and respond to state rate objections
Lead a small team of 2–4 actuaries and mentor direct reports
Hybrid role — minimum 3 days/week in office (Cheshire, CT or other US offices)

DOMAIN EXPERTISE

P&C insurance experience
Commercial property or BOP product experience
Rate adequacy and renewal impact analysis
Product filings and responses to state rate objections
Predictive model analysis and third-party data evaluation

KEY REQUIREMENTS

ACAS or FCAS required (FCAS noted as a plus)
5+ years of P&C insurance experience
Bachelor’s degree in actuarial science or STEM required
Proficiency with R and SQL and Microsoft Office
Commercial property or BOP product experience highly preferred
