JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

  • Manage BOP product development and maintenance for commercial property
  • Lead rate adequacy reviews, renewal impact analyses, and product filings
  • Supervise and develop a team of 2–4 actuarial analysts
  • Analyze predictive model results and third-party data for rating improvements
  • Hybrid role — minimum three days per week on-site (Fairfield, CA option)

DOMAIN EXPERTISE

  • P&C insurance experience
  • Commercial Property or Businessowners Policy (BOP) experience
  • Rate adequacy and renewal impact analysis
  • Product filings and responses to Departments of Insurance

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • ACAS or FCAS required
  • 5+ years of P&C insurance experience
  • Commercial Property or BOP product experience highly preferred
  • Proficiency with R, SQL, and Microsoft Office (Excel/PowerPoint)
  • Ability to be on-site at least 3 days/week in a listed US office
