Manager-level P&C actuarial role in Liberty Mutual’s Personal Lines Auto Analytics team in the United States. You will lead five actuaries and analysts while supporting personal auto pricing, product filings, regulatory negotiations, and analytical decisions with state and countrywide partners.

Requirements

Must have

Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred
5-10 years progressively responsible experience
Supervisory experience
Knowledge of underwriting concepts including company/agency relationships
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
Advanced decision making, problem solving and analytical skills

Strongly preferred

FCAS or near-FCAS designation

Actuarial professional development through CAS/AAA publications and meetings
