Role type

Executive consulting and client growth

Consulting client-facing rather than a modelling-heavy IC role—the differentiator is executive relationship ownership and commercial growth.

Executive P&C actuarial consulting leadership role with Aon STG in New York, Chicago, or Minneapolis. You will advise insurers and reinsurers across pricing, reserving, capital, reinsurance, and portfolio strategy while building scalable consulting offerings, leading complex engagements, and driving senior client relationships and sales.

Requirements

Must have

  • FCAS or equivalent casualty actuarial credential
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

Strongly preferred

  • 15+ years of experience in an analytics-centric environment, preferably in P&C insurance, reinsurance, or actuarial consulting
  • Demonstrated track record leading complex actuarial and strategic engagements for insurance or reinsurance clients

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with R, Python, SQL or similar analytics tools
