Closer to client-facing consulting than a modelling-heavy individual contributor role—the deciding factor is ownership of sales, relationships, and scalable advisory offerings.

Executive P&C actuarial consulting role with Aon STG in Chicago, also considering Minneapolis, New York, and other locations. You will lead strategic pricing, reserving, capital, portfolio, and reinsurance advisory work while building offerings, winning consulting engagements, and advising insurer and reinsurer executives. The role is hybrid and requires an FCAS plus typically 15+ years of experience.

Requirements

Must have

  • FCAS or equivalent casualty actuarial credential
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

Strongly preferred

  • 15+ years of experience in analytics-centric environment, preferably P&C insurance/reinsurance/consulting
  • Demonstrated track record leading complex actuarial and strategic engagements for insurance or reinsurance clients

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with R, Python, SQL or similar analytics tools
