Closer to a pricing-underwriting partner than a modelling-heavy IC because live account support and underwriting strategy sit alongside model ownership.
Manager-level P&C pricing role for AXIS Capital’s North American cyber insurance business in New York. You’ll lead pricing model development, portfolio profitability monitoring, large-account support, reinsurance analysis, and underwriting strategy across US and Canadian business, while managing analysts and early-career staff.
Requirements
Must have
- At least 10 years of insurance industry experience
Strongly preferred
- Pricing experience
- Fellow or Associate of the Casualty Actuarial Society or equivalent
- Knowledge of cyber as a product and/or peril
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Thoroughness, attention to detail, and diligence
- Self-starter, proactive, and able to develop and implement new approaches
- Competent user of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SQL, and VBA
- Role based in New York, NY
