Remote US Director-level P&C actuarial consulting role covering regulatory examinations, rate filings, reserving, capital, reinsurance, and audit support. You will advise regulators and insurance clients, coordinate project teams, and contribute to business development. The role suits an experienced consultant or carrier actuary with 10+ years of experience.

Requirements

Strongly preferred

  • Bachelor's in Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Economics, or Statistics
  • 10+ years P&C insurance, financial services or consulting experience
  • Knowledge of reserving, pricing, ratemaking, capital modeling, and/or enterprise risk management
  • Experience in public accounting or consulting with complex modeling, regulatory consulting and/or audit support
  • ACAS, FCAS, MAAA designations
  • Experience with personal lines, commercial lines, and reinsurance
  • An understanding of insurance rates and regulatory requirements for supporting reserve levels
  • PC skills including experience with TeamMate, Access, VBA, MS Excel
  • Ability to travel on occasion
  • Knowledge of Actuarial Standards of Practice and Actuarial Code of Conduct

Nice to have

  • Experience with machine learning and AI tools
