JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
- Manage pricing function for travel and specialty insurance products
- Own rate level indications, pricing segmentation and filings
- Monitor underwriting profitability and recommend remediation
- Lead and develop a team of actuarial analysts
- Hybrid role — based in San Diego, 2–3 days in office per week

- Pricing and rate filings for insurance products
- Monitoring underwriting profitability and segmentation
- Pricing segmentation methodology and rate level indications
- Product implementation and pricing of new features
- Managing actuarial staff and personnel activities
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- 4+ years of related experience
- 2+ years in a leadership or management position
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college required
- Experience with pricing, rate level indications, and filings
