P&C Reserving Manager role in Tampa, Florida, supporting personal homeowners insurance. You’ll develop reserving models, financial forecasts, IBNR reviews, and ad hoc analysis while partnering with internal teams and reviewing analyst work. The role also touches pricing and underwriting recommendations and requires at least three years of actuarial experience plus a relevant college degree.

Requirements

Must have

College degree in Actuarial Science, Statistics, Mathematics or similar required
Minimum three years of actuarial experience required
Exceptional Excel skills required

Strongly preferred

Five to seven or more years of actuarial experience preferred
Experience in Property & Casualty field preferred
Experience leading a small team of analysts preferred
Proven knowledge of insurance concepts
Ability to analyze data and develop strategic recommendations
Excellent documentation, presentation, interpersonal, organization and leadership skills

Nice to have

Tableau, COGNOS, SQL and Access preferred
