Role Summary

Senior Actuarial Analyst on the Employee Health & Benefits team at Marsh McLennan Agency in Raleigh, NC. You will build and maintain pricing models for medical and pharmacy plans, analyze cost drivers, prepare projections, and translate data into actionable insights for clients and account teams. This hybrid role (3 days in office) requires at least 4 SOA exams and 2+ years of health/insurance actuarial experience.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in mathematics, statistics, economics or related
  • Minimum 2 years health/insurance actuarial experience
  • At least 4 SOA exams completed (near ASA)
  • Proficient in Excel and data management tools
  • Must have permanent US work authorization without sponsorship
