JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
- Support quarterly planning and monthly monitoring of personal auto loss ratios and topline
- Build and maintain forecasting tools and dashboards using SAS, SQL, Snowflake, VBA, PowerBI
- Perform claim volume forecasting, variance analysis, and ad-hoc deep dives
- Communicate technical analyses to senior leadership and cross-functional partners
- Senior individual contributor with mentorship responsibilities (3–5 years experience)
DOMAIN EXPERTISE
- Personal auto planning and monitoring
- Loss ratio and topline forecasting
- Claim volume forecasting
- Actuarial techniques and standards
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 3–5 years relevant actuarial/analytics experience
- Passing grades on a minimum of 5 Casualty Actuarial Society exams
- Strong SAS, SQL, Snowflake, VBA, and PowerBI skills
- Experience with auto loss ratio/topline forecasting and monitoring
- Ability to present technical results clearly to senior leadership
