JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
- Build predictive models and monitoring dashboards to improve claims outcomes
- Develop risk segmentation models to inform insurance program decisions
- Influence rate segmentation with insurance partners during renewals
- Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Strategy, and Ops
- Senior actuarial analyst role requiring strong SQL and Python/R
DOMAIN EXPERTISE
- predictive modeling (GLM, GBM)
- strong SQL and Python or R
- quantitative/analytics experience in insurance
- risk segmentation and KPI monitoring
- experience with Tableau or similar (preferred)
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- 2–5 years in a quantitative or analytics role within the insurance industry
- Strong SQL and Python or R skills are required
- Experience building predictive models (GLM, GBM) is required
