JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
- Develop predictive models and KPIs to improve claims outcomes and costs
- Drive risk segmentation and propose rate segmentation to insurance partners
- Build monitoring dashboards and perform ad-hoc insurance analyses
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Strategy, and Ops
- Senior actuarial analyst IC role (reports to Senior Manager, Actuary)
DOMAIN EXPERTISE

KEY REQUIREMENTS
- 2–5 years in a quantitative or analytics role within the insurance industry
- Strong SQL and Python or R skills required
- Experience building or improving predictive models (GLM, GBM)
- Experience with data visualization (Tableau or similar) preferred
