JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

Develop and execute quarterly medical expense forecasting across UHC lines
Analyze large healthcare claims datasets to identify cost drivers and trends
Build and maintain actuarial forecasting models and standard trend methods
Collaborate with finance, operations, and analytics teams and present to leaders
Remote role (U.S.) with local Minneapolis/DC in-office requirement for local hires

DOMAIN EXPERTISE

Actuarial forecasting and trend analysis
Analyzing large healthcare claims datasets
Familiarity with standard actuarial trend methods
Proficiency with Excel including VBA and automation

KEY REQUIREMENTS

2+ years of actuarial experience
On ASA credential track with 2+ actuarial exams passed
2+ years analyzing large claims datasets
Proficiency in SAS and SQL
Advanced Excel skills including VBA
