HIGHLIGHTS

Senior P&C actuarial analyst role (remote) focused on reserving and capital modeling for an E&S specialty carrier. You will produce reserve analyses, support capital/ORSA work, and build data-driven models using Python/R and SQL. Role reports to the VP, Actuarial and is based in Dallas, TX (remote).

JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

Lead quarterly and annual reserving analysis across specialty P&C lines
Support development and maintenance of capital models and ORSA inputs
Build and maintain actuarial models and data pipelines using Python/R and SQL
Work cross-functionally with Underwriting, Claims, Finance, and Risk
Fully remote role reporting to the VP, Actuarial (based in Dallas, TX)

KEY REQUIREMENTS

2–4 years of actuarial experience in reserving, capital modeling, or loss analytics
Passed actuarial exams P, FM, MAS-I and MAS-II
Bachelor's degree in a STEM field required
Proficiency in Python or R, SQL, and use of Git/GitHub for code maintenance
Expert Excel skills including automation
