Generalist in a lean team

Closer to a lean-team generalist than a pure pricing partner because filings transformation and systems work sit alongside, rather than beneath, commercial underwriting support.

Senior P&C actuarial role with THREE in Stamford, Connecticut, supporting commercial-lines rate filings, pricing, reserving, and product development. You will own filings from analysis through system implementation, help shape a filings transformation roadmap, and partner with underwriting, product, technology, regulators, and auditors. The hybrid schedule requires two Stamford office days per week.

Requirements

Strongly preferred

Prior experience with rate filings
3+ years of actuarial pricing/reserving experience in Property & Casualty insurance
Proficiency in SQL, R, Python, VBA, or similar data analysis tools

Nice to have

Passing CAS Ratemaking exam (Exam 5)
Ability to juggle multiple priorities with accuracy and entrepreneurial spirit
