Role Summary

Senior actuarial consulting role in employer health benefits at Lockton's Northeast Series. You will serve as financial lead on client teams, setting strategy, managing financial modeling (rate setting, plan design, stop loss), and mentoring junior staff. The role is based in Washington, DC with a hybrid work model.

Key Requirements

Credentialed ASA/FSA-track with 6-10 years employer health benefits consulting
Advanced Excel, Access, VBA; knowledge of SQL/Python/R or desire to learn
Experience in plan design, pricing, IBNR reserves, and experience projections
Proven client presentation and relationship-building skills
Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
