Portfolio reserving and reporting cycle

A reserving cycle role rather than a pricing or capital strategy position: the defining cadence is portfolio close, reporting, governance and reserve communication.

Senior P&C reserving role for Munich Re’s Global Specialty Insurance US cyber portfolio in Princeton, New Jersey. You’ll own the end-to-end loss reserving process, develop portfolio insights, improve methods and controls, and communicate results to senior management and cross-functional partners.

Requirements

Must have

  • At least five years of actuarial experience in cyber (re)insurance

Strongly preferred

  • Bachelor's degree in economics, mathematics, actuarial science, or related quantitative field
  • Credentialed actuary (ACAS, FCAS, or comparable)
  • Proven ability to own end-to-end actuarial processes and deliver high-quality results within reporting timelines
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Excellent quantitative and analytical skills
