DOMAIN EXPERTISE

Commercial health plan pricing
Employer self-funded and stop-loss plan experience
Value-based care economics
Healthcare cost and utilization modeling (incidence, PMPM/PMPY, episode pricing)
Consulting experience with actuarial firms (e.g., Milliman, Mercer)

KEY REQUIREMENTS

ASA credential required
5–10 years of actuarial experience in healthcare
Experience with commercial employer health, self-funded, or stop-loss
Proficiency in Python or R and SQL
Client-facing experience communicating to CFOs and benefits consultants
