DOMAIN EXPERTISE

Healthcare actuarial experience for employer populations
Commercial health plan pricing and employer self-funded plans
Building cost and utilization models (incidence, PMPM/PMPY, episodes)
Value-based care economics or stop-loss experience
Consulting experience supporting RFPs and client renewals

KEY REQUIREMENTS

ASA credential required
5–10 years of actuarial experience in healthcare
Proficiency in Python or R and SQL for modelling and data extraction
Experience building healthcare cost/utilization models and PMPM benchmarks
Ability to communicate actuarial findings to non-actuarial stakeholders
