- Lead pricing and/or reserving projects and present to senior leadership
- Develop rate and reserve indications, segmentation analyses, and predictive models
- Programming skills required: SQL, R, Python
- Senior role with mentoring of junior actuarial analyst possible
- Detroit hybrid preferred; remote option available across the US
DOMAIN EXPERTISE
- Pricing and reserving experience
- Advanced ratemaking exposure
- Predictive modeling and segmentation analyses
- Casualty actuarial background
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- 4+ years of actuarial experience
- 5 or more CAS exams passed (ACAS or near-ACAS preferred)
- Programming skills in SQL, R, and Python
- Bachelor's degree required in a quantitative field
- Authorized to work in the US on a permanent basis (no sponsorship)
