Strongly preferred

• Qualified actuary with fellowship (FIA/FAA or equivalent)
• DB Pension experience
• Demonstrated experience leading a team and excellent people management skills
• Good IT skills
• Project management and time management skills
• Excellent communication skills and good networking skills
• Ability to take forward new ideas
• Willingness to communicate and pass on knowledge to develop junior team members
• Scheme Actuary certificate or lead consultant experience on corporate projects
