Senior client-facing consulting leader

Closer to a client-facing consulting leadership role than a modelling-heavy individual contributor position, because growth, executive relationships, and engagement leadership are explicit priorities.

Principal-level P&C actuarial consulting role based in Atlanta, with hybrid work and flexibility to reside elsewhere in the U.S. You will lead complex client engagements, oversee portfolios, develop executive relationships, support business growth, and deliver reserving, pricing, and capital modeling work while applying analytics, automation, and AI.

Requirements

Must have

  • 15+ years of actuarial consulting or insurance industry experience within Property & Casualty
  • BA/BS degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or related field
  • ACAS or FCAS credential

Strongly preferred

  • Proven business development experience including generating new opportunities and expanding client relationships
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Demonstrated success managing client relationships and leading complex engagements with exceptional communication skills
  • Experience leveraging AI technologies, automation tools, or advanced analytics within actuarial or consulting environments
  • Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, R, SQL, or similar analytical tools
