Senior Manager P&C consulting actuary role focused on reserving for self-insured clients, captives, and reinsurers. Based in Charlotte or another listed satellite office, the hybrid position combines complex analysis, project management, client meetings, business development, and management of actuarial staff.

Requirements

Strongly preferred

8+ years of consulting experience focused on Property and Casualty clients, including self-insureds, captives, and (re)insurers
Expertise in reserving
Well versed in a range of actuarial projects, including pricing/ratemaking, predictive modeling, economic capital modeling, and loyalty rewards programs
Demonstrated success in business development/selling/client interaction
ACAS/FCAS designation
Strong experience in leadership and employee management
Demonstrated superior communication and client engagement skills
