Senior Health Actuary role in Marsh’s Actuarial and Financial Group, supporting large employer health and benefits clients from Houston or another location near a Marsh office. You will lead complex consulting engagements, review actuarial analyses, deliver strategic recommendations, develop team members, and contribute to business development and health-practice growth. The role is hybrid, with at least three office days weekly, and requires an ASA or FSA.

Must have
Work at least three days per week in a Marsh office
Strongly preferred
Consulting experience with large clients (10,000+ lives)
Relevant experience in group health and benefits
Proven ability to manage client relationships
Effectively deliver complex presentations and recommendations
Experience leading and developing team members in a professional setting
ASA or FSA credential

Experience leading intellectual capital projects related to health actuarial services
