Role Summary

Senior P&C actuarial specialist on the Actuarial Data & Tools team supporting Auto, Property, and Commercial pricing. You will develop and maintain pricing platforms, build data pipelines and validation processes, and contribute to ratemaking methodologies. Role is hybrid based in Madison, WI (minimum 10 days/month in office) and reports to the Director, Actuary.

Key Requirements

  • Advanced knowledge of property & casualty pricing, valuation, and industry trends
  • Demonstrated programming experience (Python and SQL emphasized)
  • Experience with actuarial/statistical software and database management
  • Strong communication of complex actuarial analysis to business partners
  • In pursuit of Associate or Fellow in the Casualty Actuarial Society
