Role Summary

Senior Retirement specialist focused on Defined Benefit (DB) pension plan implementations and client consulting. You will own plan discovery, translate DB rules to developers and operations, design test plans, and validate pension calculations. Senior IC role based in Merrimack, NH with a hybrid cadence (onsite every other week).

Key Requirements

10+ years of Defined Benefit pension plan experience
Deep expertise in DB plan mechanics and documentation
Experience with DB calculation or valuation systems and spreadsheets
Proven project leadership delivering implementations on time and budget
Eligible to work in the US without sponsorship
