Role Summary

Executive finance leadership role at a health plan in Portland, OR overseeing accounting, financial reporting, actuarial analysis, rate development, risk adjustment, and procurement. You will lead strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and cross-functional partnerships for Medicaid, Medicare, and other populations.
