JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

Design and enhance actuarial pricing models and methodologies
Perform account- and portfolio-level casualty pricing analyses
Partner with Underwriting, Finance, Claims and Reinsurance teams
Mentor junior analysts and support the actuarial student program
Hybrid role — La Jolla, CA; Edina, MN; or Remote. 5–8 years typical

DOMAIN EXPERTISE

P&C pricing
Casualty pricing and portfolio analysis
Experience with rating plans and loss experience analysis

KEY REQUIREMENTS

5–8 years of actuarial experience with a pricing focus
Strong understanding of P&C actuarial pricing techniques
Proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Office Suite
Minimum of 5 actuarial exams passed
