ACAS designation required
Minimum of 8-10 years of actuarial experience with strong emphasis in Workers Compensation
US work authorization required; no visa sponsorship
Strongly preferred
FCAS designation preferred
Demonstrated experience in Workers Compensation pricing, reserving, or portfolio management
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Experience partnering with Underwriting, Claims, and Finance leaders to influence business strategy
Nice to have
