Role Summary

Senior P&C catastrophe risk researcher role with Nationwide's Catastrophe Risk Modeling team. You'll build data pipelines, perform advanced analytics, and validate catastrophe exposure data for physical property portfolios. Requires ACAS credential and strong SQL/Python/R skills. Based in Columbus, OH with remote flexibility considered.

Key Requirements

  • ACAS level actuary credential required
  • 7+ years in P&C pricing or reserving (cat modeling preferred)
  • Strong SQL proficiency and working Python/R
  • Bachelor's in quantitative field (actuarial, data science, etc.)
  • No visa sponsorship available; must be US work authorized
