DOMAIN EXPERTISE
- Health plan financial or actuarial analytics
- Management of teams with direct reports
- Business process improvement for financial operations
- Knowledge of CMS and DHCS regulatory rules and drivers
- Medicaid or Medicare Advantage financial management and filings
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- College degree or equivalent experience required
- 12+ years in health plan financial or actuarial analytics
- 8+ years of management experience with direct reports
- Deep understanding of CMS and DHCS regulatory environment
- Experience with Medicaid or Medicare Advantage financial management or filings
