Senior actuarial manager role in healthcare focused on Medicare Advantage and value-based care. You will lead actuarial functions, audit client data for risk partnerships, quantify non-compliance and risk-settlement impacts, and present analyses to internal and external stakeholders. Hybrid-remote based in the United States reporting to the Vice President, Actuarial.

JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

Lead actuarial functions and evaluate new business opportunities in healthcare
Audit partner data, quantify client non-compliance and impact to risk settlements
Manage a small team (one analyst) and present models to stakeholders
Hybrid-remote role with travel/onsite needs for meetings and visits
ASA required with 7+ years experience and 3+ years Medicare Advantage

DOMAIN EXPERTISE

Medicare Advantage analysis
Actuarial services or healthcare economics
Quantifying risk settlement impacts

KEY REQUIREMENTS

7+ years experience in actuarial services, healthcare economics, or related field
3+ years experience in Medicare Advantage
Associate of the Society of Actuaries (ASA) required
Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or related field
Ability to travel and be onsite to meet business needs
