Role is part of an Actuarial Development Program with strong exam support and is based in Richmond, VA or remote within specified Eastern/Central US states.
JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
- Support in-force management and risk-mitigation initiatives for Long Term Care blocks
- Develop and maintain actuarial models and in-force analytics for LTC products
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management
- Associate-level rotational role in an 18–30 month Actuarial Development Program
- Richmond, VA office or remote within specified Eastern/Central US states
DOMAIN EXPERTISE
- actuarial modeling
- Excel and VBA modelling
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Associate designation from the Society of Actuaries (ASA) required
- BA/BS degree in a quantitative field required
- Experience in actuarial modeling required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and VBA required
- Strong written and oral communication skills required
