Role Summary

Senior Health & Welfare consulting actuary (VP-level) based in Merrimack, NH. Lead client relationships, pricing, IBNP/reserving, and strategic plan design for employer benefits. Manage and mentor H&W associates and co-lead development of actuarial models, standards, and practice strategy.

Key Requirements

  • Actuarial credentials required (FSA strongly preferred)
  • Minimum 15 years’ experience in financial/strategic H&W management
  • Proven experience with pricing, budgeting and IBNP/reserving
  • Experience managing and mentoring actuarial associates
  • Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship
