Requirements
Strongly preferred
Experience in actuarial modeling, data analysis, and interpretation of complex financial information
Expertise in finance, including forecasting, capital planning, and understanding of financial statements and key performance metrics
Proficiency in strategic planning and budgeting
Proven team leadership capabilities, including managing cross-functional teams, coaching talent
Advanced actuarial or quantitative credentials (e.g., FSA, ASA, or equivalent certification)
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in actuarial science, mathematics, statistics, finance, or a related field
Experience in a senior actuarial role within insurance, health plans, or a related industry
Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements
High level of proficiency with actuarial and analytical tools (e.g., Excel, statistical software, modeling platforms)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a remote environment
Ability to manage multiple priorities and make timely, informed decisions under pressure
