HIGHLIGHTS

Senior actuarial leadership role (VP) focused on employer-sponsored fertility benefits and health plan partnerships. JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

  • Lead pricing and risk measurement for employer fertility benefit deals
  • Develop employer reporting and analytics to demonstrate ROI
  • Design shared-savings methodology and scenario-based pricing
  • Partner with sales, brokers, finance and senior leaders
  • Remote role with occasional client travel

DOMAIN EXPERTISE

  • Employer-sponsored health benefits actuarial experience
  • Experience working with health plans, brokers, or benefit point solutions
  • Pricing model development and scenario-based pricing for employers
  • Measurement of financial risk and ROI for employer deals

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • 7–10 years of actuarial experience
  • Experience with health plans, employee-benefit brokers/consultants, or point solutions
  • Proven experience measuring financial risk for employer or channel partner deals
