Role Summary

HIGHLIGHTS

VP-level P&C reserving data and analytics leader in New York. You will create and lead the Reserving Innovation & Data team to improve reserving data quality, implement ResQ and modern data tooling, and drive analytics across the Reserving and Loss Analytics organization. Senior role requiring leadership of mid/junior staff and partnership across IT, Enterprise Data, and actuarial reserving stakeholders.

JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

Lead the Reserving Innovation & Data team within Actuarial Reserving and Loss Analytics
Define and execute data and analytics strategy to enhance reserving insights and efficiency
Own data quality initiatives and ResQ implementation across reserving
Partner with IT, Enterprise Data, and actuarial stakeholders
NY-based VP role with leadership responsibility for mid/junior staff

DOMAIN EXPERTISE

Property and Casualty actuarial or data functions
Reserving and loss analytics experience

KEY REQUIREMENTS

10+ years Property & Casualty experience in actuarial and/or data functions
5+ years managing a team
College degree in CS, Engineering, Statistics, Math, Actuarial Science, or equivalent
