A 10-week P&C reinsurance actuarial internship in Stamford, Connecticut. You’ll help evaluate reinsurance profitability, improve pricing models, build client-facing dashboards, and work with underwriting staff in a four-days-in-office hybrid format.

Requirements

Must have

  • Minimum GPA of 3.2
  • Strong analytical skills, interpersonal skills, and a desire to learn
  • Familiarity with Excel
  • Hybrid work: 4 days in office, 1 day remote, based in Stamford, CT
  • Must successfully pass E-Verify check

Strongly preferred

  • Working toward a degree in actuarial science or mathematical field
  • Interest in the Casualty Actuarial Society exam process

Nice to have

  • Experience with VBA, Tableau, SQL, R, Python or similar software
