Entry-level Life actuarial role in MassMutual’s Actuarial Leadership Development Program, based in Boston or Springfield, Massachusetts. You’ll rotate through business and corporate units, build technical and industry knowledge, complete meaningful projects, and receive structured exam and leadership support.

Requirements

Must have

Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher

Strongly preferred

Bachelor’s Degree with a quantitative focus
Completion of 1 or more actuarial exams
Commitment to pursue Fellowship in the Society of Actuaries

Nice to have

Previous experience as a MassMutual Actuarial Intern
Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access)
Strong analytical skills
Demonstrated leadership skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
Demonstration of MassMutual’s Winning Ways
